Lawncare Day is here!Our team will be around Phases 1\, 2\, 6 and 9 (Hines\, Putteet\, Huffman\, Parham\, Madison\, Fae\, Owensby\, Curtin\, Winston) every 3 weeks on Tuesday!Get your lawns ready for the mowing & cleanup! 🏡✨ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n1) Remove all personal items that are ON the grass area including bikes\, toys\, patio furniture\, trash cans to be OFF the Grass. \n\n\n\n2) Remove any Junk / Bulk Trash / Waste / Hazardous Items / Tires / Fences / Pet Containment permanently since we do not allow such items in our community. \n\n\n\n3) Remove ALL TRASH (big or small) and PET WASTE around your home; otherwise you could be fined for littering and/or not picking up your pet waste.
