Our team will be around Phases 1, 2, 6 and 9 (Hines, Putteet, Huffman, Parham, Madison, Fae, Owensby, Curtin, Winston) every 3 weeks on Tuesday!
Get your lawns ready for the mowing & cleanup! 🏡✨
1) Remove all personal items that are ON the grass area including bikes, toys, patio furniture, trash cans to be OFF the Grass.
2) Remove any Junk / Bulk Trash / Waste / Hazardous Items / Tires / Fences / Pet Containment permanently since we do not allow such items in our community.
3) Remove ALL TRASH (big or small) and PET WASTE around your home; otherwise you could be fined for littering and/or not picking up your pet waste.
